Naturally, these tours are hard work – but when we turn our joint focus to the journey instead of the destination, they become a whole lot more fun. Overcoming limits becomes so much easier – the strength of the group can push everyone that bit further. The Haller Pro+ Cycling Team emulates a team of professional cyclists. We plan our routes together with our sports manager and the Road Captain and equip every member of the team with bicycle racing gear. Our professionals keep a check on each member’s condition: we find it important to reach the limit, as a kind of peak experience but in a controlled manner. That means not overdoing it. Breaks with culinary highlights
Like in working life, we also need to maintain a healthy balance on our cycling tour. Every endurance sport needs to include adequate periods of recovery. Although opportunities for a quick recovery break arise while on the road, such as some time spent in a slipstream or a short coffee break, a longer pause is well-earned after a few hours in the saddle riding through beautiful countryside. We therefore plan not only the stages, but also the breaks in between. When we organise a tour, we naturally pay attention to the panorama, but also to high-quality cuisine and cultural highlights.
